Plan BM: Basic Group Plan above plus Maternity benefits. No Wellness. No Vision. No Dental.
Plan BC: Full comprehensive. Includes covering everything above: In and Out-Patient, Maternity, Wellness, Vision, Dental.
Premier Group: The ultimate in executive/senior management orientated plan. Everything above plus expanded benefits, higher limits. Usually just top executives may get this plan with the rest of the company employees covered on one of the other plans.
